On 7th December, 2016 a PIA ATR-42 turboprop aircraft having official tag of PK-661 crashed near Havelian.

Incident claimed lives of 47 people including passengers and crew members.

AC Osama and Renowned Naat Khwan Junaid Jamshed were also among the dead.

But, What caused the accident ??????
